Pre-orders

Pre-orders allow you to pay for an item you want ahead of its release day. Any products that are available for pre-order will include information in the product description regarding the estimated future date that the orders will be shipped. Once products are ready to be sent, orders will be dispatched by our nominated courier and you will receive notification via email with a tracking number provided.

Note products can be pre-ordered, but please remember that they cannot ship until stock arrives and this can be difficult to estimate accurately at times. Freight delays can and do occur and these are out of our control. We will keep you updated on the status of your pre-order and any changes to release date if they do occur.

Any orders that contain a pre-order product will be held until the pre-order product becomes available and then all products in the order will be dispatched together in the one shipment.

Shipping

The gummi team aims to process all orders as soon as possible. Please note that during peak dispatch times and sale periods, delivery timeframes may be extended. Please contact us should you have any queries or concerns regarding your shipping.

All orders will be dispatched by our nominated courier selected on the day of order processing. We offer standard tracked shipping within Australia which typically arrives within 2-5 business days, depending upon the destination the parcel is being delivered to.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number provided by our nominated courier.

Please ensure all address details are entered correctly to your order as once the goods are dispatched the delivery of the goods is your responsibility.

Please note for international shipments the Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
